Itinerary
- Bus Journey to Bhandara: Today, you’ll take an eight-hour bus ride towards Bhandara, following the scenic Nepal-Tibet road.
- Key Stops: Pass through Lamosangu and the Bhote Koshi River, then climb to Charikot and head towards the Tama Kosi River, reaching Jiri—a popular trekking start point.
- Arrival: After another stretch, you’ll arrive in Bhandara (2,190 meters), known for its Stupa and farmlands.
- Overnight: Stay at a guesthouse in Bhandara

- Descent and Ascent to Solung Danda: Begin by descending to the river below, then ascend to Solung Danda, a small hill offering views of some Everest region mountains.
- Trek to Ringmo Village: After descending to Beni Khola, it’s a 30-minute walk to reach Ringmo village.
- Trakshindu Pass: Ascend for an hour to reach Trakshindu Pass (3,070m), with views of Kusum Kanguru, Thamserku, and Kantega.
- Takshindu Gompa: From the pass, trek to Takshindu Gompa, then descend for two hours to Nunthala, a large village with Sherpa and Rai communities.

- Breakfast and Trek Departure: After a delicious breakfast, we begin our trek along a ridge trail and a level mountain path, enjoying stunning views of Thamserku, Kangtega, and Kusum Kanguru.
- Descent to Phunki Tenga: After several hours of flat zigzagging, we descend to the river and reach Phunki Tenga.
- Ascent to Tengboche: From Phunki Tenga, we climb through a rhododendron forest to the famous Tengboche Monastery (3,860m).
- Exploration Time: Once we check into our teahouse, you'll have some time to explore the area and the monastery if you're interested.
- Overnight: Spend the night at a teahouse or lodge after approximately 5 hours of trekking.
- Trek Departure: After breakfast, we start our trek, reaching a mani-prayer stupa in about 50 minutes.
- Trail to Pheriche: The easy trail continues to Pheriche, offering views of Mount Tawache, Ama Dablam, Pokalde (5,741m), Kongma-Tse (5,820m), and the Nuptse Great Wall.
- Joining Dugla: After two hours, we connect with the trail near Dugla (4,595m), just before a small bridge over the Khumbu Glacier.
- Ascent: A steep one-hour climb brings us to breathtaking views of Mount Pumori and the west side of Everest.
- Final Stretch to Lobuche: We take a short break before heading to Lobuche (4,910m).
- Overnight: We’ll stay at a teahouse or guesthouse in Lobuche after approximately 4-5 hours of trekking.
- We begin our trek to Base Camp after breakfast.
- As we walk along a stony moraine path, you’ll have the opportunity to observe an iced glacial pond and icebergs nestled below the Khumbu glacier.
- After navigating the final set of rocky moraine dunes, we will descend briefly to Gorakshep, where we will take a lunch break and leave our belongings.
- The next leg of our journey takes us to Everest Base Camp (Altitude: 5,359m) in the Himalayas.
- Congratulations! You’ve successfully arrived at Everest Base Camp, making your goal a reality.
- We’ll spend some time at Base Camp before making our way back to Gorakshep (Altitude: 5,153m) for the night.
- After approximately 7-8 hours of trekking, we will spend the night at a teahouse or lodge in Gorakshep.
- We’ll start early to climb Kala Patthar for a breathtaking sunrise.
- Enjoy panoramic views of Everest and surrounding peaks, including Pumori, Lingtren, and Ama Dablam.
- After sunrise, we’ll hike down to Gorakshep for breakfast, then continue trekking to Pheriche, where the descent is easy.
- We’ll arrive in Pheriche (Altitude: 4,255 meters) after a total trek of 4-5 hours.
- Overnight at a teahouse or lodge in Pheriche.
- On this day, your wonderful stay in Nepal will come to an end.
